Mr. Layne Smith graduated from Brigham
Young University with a B.S. degree in Geography. Layne
is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of
Utah. He has surveyed for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Forest
Service. Layne also has a computer programmer certificate
and manages the surveying department of Skyline.
